Who is AE Possibilities?

AE Possibilities was founded by Aimee Engle. After proudly serving her country as a Medic in the U.S. Army, Aimee went on to be a Circuit Design Engineer at WorldCom and Senior Provisioner at Global Crossing, where she won five “Sharing the Vision” awards for being a customer-focused leader.

After a hard thought decision, Aimee left the corporate world to raise her children. Once they were all in school full-time, she decided to further her education. Driven by excellence, Aimee Engle was honored as one the “Who’s Who Among Students,” qualified for the Dean’s List and was accepted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She was quickly hired as an Executive Secretary, but soon found out that her goals did not fit into the 9 to 5 world. That’s when AE Possibilities was created.

Amanda offers ten years of experience and added certifications to the
value of our team. As the Office Manager / Human Resources Generalist
for AE Possibilities. She specializes in organizing office operations to ensure
proper execution and effectiveness. Amanda is also responsible for quality control, client relations, performance management functions and plays a key role in the recruiting and hiring of all personnel. Delivering outstanding customer service and quality assurance has always been an essential part of a day’s work for Amanda.

Sandra always had a love for things that were neat and orderly.
Being a true Capricorn, she combined her love for a tightly run office
with her love for technology. She oversees all the administrative functions
in the office as, Administrative Assistant. Sandra also directly handles all
office support work such as scanning, printing, faxing, filing important documents,as well as carries out her online bookkeeping tasks for our clients as well.

This position is key to our clients’ success as well as AE Possibilities’. Being able to communicate value while serving a wide range of business owners from across the country is essential.

The candidate must be customer service driven, able to articulate clearly, act and think proactively. They will be part of a support system to the CEO and/or other management personnel. This person performs a variety of clerical & account functions in support of departmental operations for AEP or assigned clients, prepare correspondence and reports; conducts general bookkeeping functions, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Answers and screens incoming calls; responds to public inquiries and provides information regarding departmental operations, programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Handles extensive confidential information
  • Schedules appointments and makes changes to calendar as necessary
  • Compiles and analyzes data; prepares, generates, and maintains a variety of administrative, operational, financial, and/or statistical reports.
  • Updates and maintains assigned departmental records, filing systems, and/or databases.
  • Conducts a variety of general bookkeeping and accounting functions
  • Coordinates the ordering and distribution of office supplies; monitors supply inventories.
  • Provides backup coverage to other departmental staff as required or assigned.
  • Schedules meetings and records minutes of staff meetings; makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter; may complete room reservations
  • Accesses, inputs and retrieves information from computer
  • Prepares outgoing mail
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text data and graphics
  • Assists with office payroll
  • Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the office
  • Completes all required training and professional development sessions
  • Experience in managing emails, calendars and schedules
